Should your estimated arrival time be after 17h00, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements for the key collection. The contact details provided on the reservation will be used to send a pin location along with instructions.
Deposit details:
Late arrival policy:
We require a minimum of 50% deposit to guarantee your booking.
We would be grateful if you could provide us with proof of payment or credit card details to authorize deduction. (These may be emailed to us)
When making a bank transfer please use your reservation number and surname as a reference.
Alternatively you can click on the link below to pay online using our secure payment gateway.
Should you wish to request an extension on the deposit due date, please let us know to avoid cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
• The full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
( If cancelled on arrival or during the stay )
• The full deposit paid may be retained.
( 0 – 14 days before arrival, no show )
•15% (fifteen percent) of deposit may be retained.
( 15 – 28 days before arrival )
• 10% (ten percent) of deposit may be retained.
( 28 days or more before arrival )
